Peter Kadzielawski is a NCSF Certified Personal Trainer, a Sports Nutrition Specialist, as well as a Triathlon Coach. As a multiple Ironman finisher himself who still remembers struggling through his first 5k run, Peter strives to inspire other athletes to unleash their potential and rediscover new possibilities. Since 2001 Peter has worked with individuals from many backgrounds, some taking up exercise for the first time looking for weight loss and toning, and others seeking guidance with a more extreme goal of training for an Ironman triathlon.
Peter has published articles in the Chicago’s Competitor Magazine formerly known as Windy City Sports, some of his work was also featured in the Golf Fitness Magazine and Colorado Runner website. When he isn’t designing programs, writing for USAT, or focusing on his own fitness, Peter spends time hiking, and seeking out new Thai and Indian restaurants as well as recreating healthier versions of some of his favorite recipes at home with his wife.
Since he spent the first 11 years of his life in Poland raised on mostly local and home grown foods, Peter has a very simplistic, yet effective approach to nutrition. His background in Architecture and analytical way of thinking helps him communicate and structure his training plans very clearly. At the end of 2008 he co-founded a personal training studio where he continued to strengthen his client relationships, developed new entrepreneurial and business skills, and earned a reputation as the go-to guy for anything triathlon.
After over 20 long and frigid winters in the Chicagoland area, Peter is now based out of Scottsdale in sunny Arizona.
