A couple weeks before January 1st, while driving, I took a few minutes to record a quick audio on why new year’s resolutions fail!
I guess I was inspired by the nonsense on the radio I hear every year around this time.
You would think that after 15 years in the fitness industry I would look forward to January 1st because that’s when so many finally decide to make a lifestyle shift and go after their goals…
That’s not the case.
I’ve helped clients lose a 100 lbs, others finish an Ironman triathlon, yet first of the year was never a significant day for those with amazing results!
